One selector who grabbed my attention at Sun and Bass this year was Loxy. A true sonic assassin, it’s no secret he’s been lurking in the moodier depths of the uk sound since its inception, picking out weapons to take down a crowd with. Although I only caught some of his flawless progressive jungle set on the Friday afternoon at La Cinta, apparently he rinsed out Rupture‘s closing set at the Ambra Nights indoor space. If they hadn’t clashed with All Crews you would have seen me there.
